Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. Overview

ILovePDFMore provides browser-based PDF utilities and related educational content. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the website.

2. Files used with PDF tools

ILovePDFMore core tools are designed to process selected documents locally in your web browser.

Your browser can temporarily hold file bytes, generated previews and output Blobs in memory while a tool is open. Refreshing or closing the page normally clears the active browser processing state.

3. Website and device information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, request time, browser/user-agent information, requested URLs, response codes and security logs. Retention depends on the hosting and security configuration used to operate the service.

4. Browser storage

ILovePDFMore uses local browser storage for interface preferences such as color theme and a short list of recent tool identifiers. It does not intentionally store the contents of your PDFs in localStorage. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

5. Contact form

If you submit the contact form, the server receives the name, email address, subject and message you provide so the team can respond. Security and anti-spam information may also be processed. Do not send confidential PDFs, passwords, payment data or sensitive personal information through the form.

6. Third-party code and network requests

Some PDF capabilities load pinned browser libraries from reputable content-delivery networks. Your browser can send normal network request information to those providers when those resources are downloaded. ILovePDFMore can self-host additional libraries in the future where stricter first-party delivery is required.

7. Google AdSense and advertising

If Google AdSense is activated on ILovePDFMore, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising. Google's advertising cookies can support ads based on a user's visits to ILovePDFMore and/or other sites, subject to the user's available consent and advertising choices.

Users can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. If other advertising vendors are enabled, their participation and available choices should be disclosed through the applicable consent or privacy interface.

8. Consent for EEA, UK and Switzerland

When Google advertising is served in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, ILovePDFMore must use a Google-certified consent management platform when required by Google's publisher rules. The site operator is responsible for configuring that consent experience in the connected advertising account before serving covered advertising.

9. Analytics

This downloadable build does not enable a third-party analytics tag by default. If analytics is added, this policy and the applicable consent configuration must be updated before data collection begins where required.

10. Data retention

Local PDF tool selections are not retained by an ILovePDFMore processing server for supported local workflows. Contact messages and normal hosting/security logs may be kept only as long as reasonably required for support, abuse prevention, legal or operational purposes.

11. Security

The website uses safeguards including Content Security Policy headers, input validation and contact-form abuse controls. No website can guarantee absolute security, and local browser processing still depends on the security of your device, browser and installed extensions.

12. Children

ILovePDFMore is a general-purpose productivity service and is not intentionally directed to young children. Future account or paid features may introduce additional age requirements.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, vendors, advertising systems or legal requirements change. The current update date will be shown on this page.

14. Contact

For privacy questions, email the support address published for the site or use the contact page.
